This one was placed infront of designer clothing shops, and seems to have become a sort of outdoor mannequin, as it wears the style of the clothing found in the stores.
This heart looks really happy as it tells us that recycling is in vogue!
Tovale's heart would love to beautify the city streets and have others decorate the metal plastic bottle recycling cages.
